How do I become a member of the World Market Explorer Rewards Program?
There are two ways to enroll in the program.
(1) Online. Go to worldmarketexplorer.com and complete a membership profile.
(2) In store. Start your enrollment in store and then complete your membership profile at worldmarketexplorer.com afterwards. Note: You must complete your profile to get access to all Program Perks. -
Does it cost anything to become a member?
No, it’s free. There's no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.

Do I start earning Rewards when I sign up in store?
Your member enrollment process starts in store. You must complete your profile at worldmarketexplorer.com in order to receive credit for your purchases. You have a 10-day grace period to complete your profile in order to receive credit for purchases from your in-store sign-up date.

Where can I find my member ID?
Your 10-digit member ID is created when you register either at the store or at worldmarketexplorer.com and can be found on the My Profile page. For many people their 10-digit member ID is simply their phone number.

When do I use my member ID?
You enter your 10-digit member ID during the checkout process at the store or online. By using your member ID when you make a purchase, we can track your purchases so you can earn Rewards. You must enter your World Market Explorer member ID at checkout to receive credit for purchases.

Will my membership information be shared with other companies?
We collect personal information to enhance your shopping experience by notifying you about products, services and promotions that we think may be of interest to you. We do not share your personal information with third parties other than companies that provide support services to us or help us market our products and services. Who can join the World Market Explorer Rewards Program?
The World Market Explorer Rewards Program is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 18 years of age, who provide and maintain a working email address and complete an enrollment profile.

Why do you need my email address?
All Reward coupons will be issued online. When a Reward coupon is issued, we will send you notification via email letting you know that your Reward coupon is available for viewing and printing. We may also send you an email to notify you about products, services and promotions that we think may be of interest to you.

How can I receive Rewards?
When you earn a Reward, we will notify you by email. Simply go to the My Deals & Rewards section and print your Reward.

I know I have earned a Reward, but did not receive an email notification.
It’s possible that the notification and reminder emails landed in your Spam folder. Please make sure to add worldmarket@email.worldmarket.com to your address book. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue the Reward after expiration.

I forgot to enter my member ID at check out. Can I still receive credit for purchases?
You must enter your member ID at time of purchase to receive credit for your purchases.

Do I get credit for my purchases on worldmarket.com?
Yes. Enter your World Market Explorer Member ID when you checkout, and you will receive credit for your eligible purchases. Credit cannot be given for prior purchases or retroactively if member ID is not entered at time of purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for your credit to be posted to your activity balance.

Can I use my Rewards to make purchases on worldmarket.com?
Yes, your Rewards can be used for online purchases. Rewards are subject to the exclusions as stated on the Reward offer, and are also posted at worldmarketexplorer.com. In order to redeem your Reward, you must enter your member ID and the online promotional code at checkout.

How do I change my contact information?
Sign in at worldmarketexplorer.com and select My Profile. From My Profile you can update your mailing address, email address and password. You cannot change your member ID. You can contact us via email at support@worldmarketexplorer.com with any questions.

Will you be collecting and using data about my previous shopping and purchases?
We will collect and store information about your purchases in order to calculate when you’re eligible to receive a Reward, and to enhance your shopping experience by notifying you about products, services and promotions that we think may be of interest to you. How do I cancel my membership?
Contact us via email at support@worldmarketexplorer.com if you wish to cancel your membership. Allow 2 – 4 weeks to cancel your membership.
