World Market Explorer® Rewards
Become a Member
The World Market Explorer® Rewards Program ("Program") is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 18 years of age, who provide and maintain a working email address and complete an enrollment profile. Communications about the Program, including Program Rule changes, will be sent by email or posted at WorldMarketExplorer.com. By joining the Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, and by using this Program you agree to the rules of the Program. If you are between 18 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on where you live), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to be a member of the Program. Your membership is non-transferable and is subject to present and future Program rules. Your membership is valid only at participating Cost Plus World Market® retail store locations and online at worldmarket.com. Membership in the Program is voluntary.
After enrolling in the Program, you must activate your membership to receive full benefits under the Program. To activate your membership, you must complete an enrollment profile at WorldMarketExplorer.com, which includes, but is not limited to, a Member ID, a working email address and mailing address.
World Market Explorer Rewards Program rules are subject to change without advance notice. Cost Plus World Market may, at any time, terminate or modify the World Market Explorer Rewards Program by posting the changes at WorldMarketExplorer.com.
You will receive a Welcome Perk coupon after you activate your membership at WorldMarketExplorer.com. Limit one (1) Welcome Perk per first-time enrollee. The Welcome Perk can be accessed by logging in to WorldMarketExplorer.com.
The Welcome Perk expires 30 days from the date it is issued. It can be used at Cost Plus World Market stores or online at worldmarket.com. You must enter your World Market Explorer Member ID to use it. The Welcome Perk may not be redeemed for prior purchases, purchase of Cost Plus World Market gift cards, for alcoholic beverages, for purchases made for resale, or for sales tax, shipping charges or other fees. Other exclusions may apply as stated on the Welcome Perk.
We will track your purchases as a World Market Explorer Rewards Program member and maintain a balance of your purchase activity ("Activity Balance"). You must enter your World Market Explorer Member ID at the time of your in-store or online purchases. If you do not enter your World Market Explorer Member ID at the time of your in-store or online purchase, those purchases will not be included in your Activity Balance. Retroactive credit for purchases made without a Member ID will not be granted.
Your Activity Balance is based on your total qualifying merchandise purchases, less all discounts, coupons, price reductions, Reward redemptions and returns. Your Activity Balance does not include sales taxes, shipping charges and other fees, alcoholic beverage and gift card purchases or purchases made for resale. Other types of purchases may be excluded from your Activity Balance in the future. Please allow at least 3 days from the date of each qualifying in-store purchase or on-line shipment for your Activity Balance to be updated. You can review your Activity Balance status at WorldMarketExplorer.com.
If you do not make any qualifying purchases using your World Market Explorer Member ID within an 18-month period, your Activity Balance will expire.
We currently offer two types of World Market Explorer Rewards: Shopper Rewards and Coffee Perk Rewards. All Rewards are subject to change and we may modify or discontinue the Shopper Rewards and/or Coffee Perk Rewards or add new Rewards in the future by posting a notice on the WorldMarketExplorer.com website.
You will receive notification via email when a Reward has been issued to you. You must be opted-in to receive emails from Cost Plus World Market to receive such notifications. You may also check your available Reward status by logging in to WorldMarketExplorer.com.
World Market Explorer Rewards Program members earn a $10 Shopper Reward upon reaching an Activity Balance of $200. A Shopper Reward will be issued to you approximately 10 days after your Activity Balance reaches $200. A Shopper Reward expires 60 days from the date it is issued.
Coffee Perk Rewards
You have a 10-day grace period to activate your membership on WorldMarketExplorer.com after you enroll in store. If you do not activate your membership after 10 days, the credit for your World Market® coffee purchases will be forfeited.
A Coffee Perk Reward will be issued to you after your Coffee Perk Status shows six qualified purchases of 12-oz bags of World Market coffee. A Coffee Perk Reward entitles you to one free 12-oz bag of World Market coffee. A Coffee Perk Reward expires 60 days from the date it is issued. Limit one (1) Coffee Perk Reward redemption per customer per visit.
Coffee Perk Rewards are issued on the basis of your Coffee Perk Status during a rolling 12-month period. Qualified purchases of World Market coffee remain in your Coffee Perk Status for 12 months. After 12 months, a qualified purchase expires and will be removed from your Coffee Perk Status and will not count toward Coffee Perk Rewards.
Shopper Rewards and Coffee Perk Rewards can be used at Cost Plus World Market stores or online at worldmarket.com. You must enter your World Market Explorer Member ID to use any Reward. Rewards are not transferable and may only be used once by the member to whom they are issued. Rewards have no cash value and accordingly no cash will be paid for any Reward. A maximum of 10 reward coupons may be used per transaction.
Shopper Rewards may not be redeemed for prior purchases, purchase of Cost Plus World Market gift cards, alcoholic beverages, purchases made for resale, or sales tax, shipping charges or other fees. Other exclusions may apply as stated on the Shopper Reward and/or Coffee Perk Reward, or as posted at WorldMarketExplorer.com from time to time.
If you return merchandise for which you previously received Activity Balance credit, we will adjust your Activity Balance to reflect the return and we may immediately cancel any outstanding Shopper Rewards or Coffee Perk Rewards previously issued to you.
World Market Explorer Rewards Program members who do not provide a unique working email address may have their membership inactivated. Email address changes can be made by logging in and selecting "My Profile" at WorldMarketExplorer.com.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation may take 2 to 4 weeks. Upon cancellation your membership will be inactivated and all Rewards, including Shopper Rewards and Coffee Perk Rewards will expire immediately, and your Activity Balance will be cancelled.
We may cancel your membership if you make no qualifying purchases during any 18-month period. We will send notice of cancellation of membership to the email address you last provided to us. Upon cancellation of membership, all Rewards will expire immediately and your Activity Balance will be cancelled.
Cost Plus World Market reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.

By becoming a member of the World Market Explorer Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Cost Plus World Market, its parent company Bed Bath & Beyond and other affiliate companies including buybuy Baby, Harmon Face Values and Christmas Tree Shops. You acknowledge and agree that all Rewards are delivered to you under this program without payment of any fee or other consideration whatsoever. All Rewards distributed pursuant to the World Market Explorer Rewards Program are promotional in nature and are not paid for by you, nor do you own any right, title, or interest in them unless or until you redeem them under the rules set out above.
The laws of the State of California apply to this Program and you agree that any claim related to the Program will be brought in the State of California.
